BrandLife offers flexible plans to fit your organization’s needs. This guide will walk you through choosing the right plan for your team or switching your current plan.

1. Understand BrandLife Plans

Before choosing or switching, it’s important to know the available options:

  • Pro Plan: Basic access to BrandLife, limited storage, and core features. Best for individuals or small teams just starting out.
  • Business Plan: Increased storage, advanced collaboration tools, and workflow features. Ideal for small to medium teams.
  • Premium Plan: Unlimited storage, enhanced security, dedicated support, and custom integrations. Best for large organizations or teams with complex needs.

2. Choosing a Plan for the First Time

  1. Log in to your BrandLife account.
  2. Click on your settings icon in the bottom-left corner and select Billing.
  3. Navigate to Manage Subscription.
  4. Review the features and storage of each plan carefully.
  5. Select the plan that best fits your team’s needs.
  6. Choose a billing option:
    • Monthly: Pay month-to-month for flexibility.
    • Yearly: Pay annually to save 10–20% (depending on promotions).
  7. Enter your payment information.
  8. Click Confirm to activate your plan.

You will receive a confirmation email, and your account will immediately have access to the features of your selected plan.

3. Switching Your Current Plan

If you’re already on BrandLife and want to upgrade or downgrade:

  1. Log in to your account and go to Account Settings → Billing & Plans.
  2. Review your current plan and the available options.
  3. Click Switch Plan next to the desired plan.
  4. Select a billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  5. Confirm your selection.

Notes:

  • Upgrading immediately gives you access to the higher-tier features.
  • Downgrading will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Make sure to review storage and feature limits to avoid losing access to assets.
