Password Reset and Recovery: Getting Back into Your Account

If you’ve forgotten your password or are having trouble accessing your BrandLife account, don’t worry! This guide will walk you through the steps to reset your password and regain access to your account quickly and easily.

Step-by-Step Guide to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the Login Page

  • Visit www.brandlife.io (or your workspace’s custom URL).
  • Click “Login” (usually located at the top right).

2. Click “Forgot Password?”

  • On the login screen, look for “Forgot Password?” under the password field.
  • Click that link to begin the password-reset workflow.

3. Enter Your Registered Email

  • In the reset form, type the email address associated with your BrandLife account.
  • Double-check for typos—if the address doesn’t match, you won’t receive the reset instructions.
  • Click “Submit” or “Send Reset Link.”

4. Check Your Email Inbox

  • Within minutes, you should receive an email with password reset instructions.
  • If you don’t see it:
    • Check your Spam / Junk / Promotions folder.
    • Wait a few minutes—sometimes email delivery can be delayed.
    • Confirm you used the correct email address in step 3.

5. Click the Password Reset Link

  • Open the email and click the secure reset link provided.
  • That link directs you to a password reset page in your browser.
⚠️ Note: The reset link may expire after a set time (e.g. 30 minutes or 1 hour). If it’s expired, you’ll need to repeat the “Forgot Password” process to receive a fresh link.

6. Set Your New Password

  • On the reset page, enter a new password that adheres to the security requirements.
    • Typically: a mix of uppercase + lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
    • Some systems require a minimum length (e.g. 12 characters).
  • Re-enter (confirm) the new password in the second field to ensure no typos.

7. Submit the Reset

  • Click the “Reset Password” or “Submit” button to save your new password.
  • You should see a confirmation message indicating your password has been successfully changed.

8. Log In with Your New Password

  • Return to the Login page.
  • Enter your email + new password.
  • Click “Login” to access your account again.

Tips for Creating a Strong Password

  • Use a mix of character types: uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols (e.g. MyBr@nd!2025).
  • Avoid common words or easily guessable patterns, like “password,” “123456,” or personal names.
  • Use a unique password for BrandLife — don’t reuse it anywhere else.
  • Consider using a password manager to generate, store, and auto-fill your passwords securely.

What to Do Next

  • After logging back in, navigate to your Security settings tab to check or enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available.
  • Make sure your account’s contact email and phone number are up to date for future recovery.
  • Avoid sharing your password—use team access roles and permission controls instead.
